put peroxide on them and for the first time in what feels like forever, my toes didn’t have any additional pressure when i curled them on the ground to check how it felt. meaning, i more than likely have solved the problem, so now i am on a very slow healing journey. ill be tending to them each night after my showers and putting peroxide on them religiously, and keep up the care for probably forever, but its worth it if i can prevent it from here on out. good vibes tonight 🥹🥹
