I wouldn't compare, it's the thief of joy. I've heard chemo is AWFUL. almost everyone struggles with mental health, maybe not to the extent I do or did but still. Beating cancer is genuinely amazing. I have major medical anxiety, seriously I can't imagine how terrifying it was or how rough. I'm so happy you beat cancer. It's amazing we are getting better and better treating it
Hi, my mom had open heart surgery about 3 years ago and is very insecure about the scars. She got rid of all her v necks and her dresses that showed it a little. She avoids most swim suits even though her favorite activities (swimming and paddle boarding) require them. I think she’s beautiful and I want her to feel it. How did you get to the point where you started feeling more comfortable? Is there anything that I could do to help?
It honestly was the sternum tattoos, I kept hearing that they were sexy to have and they look cute and it kinda hit me I have my own version of it. I actually was about to get one to cover it up but then I realized how long it had been apart of me and that it was something I never wanted to get rid. It kinda is my scar of life
