I haven’t had sex in close to 3 years and I actually didn’t go to the gyno for 2 either (oopsie) so the only entry I’ve had was tampons and even those (the supers) felt uncomfy but then I had my first Pap smear in years and I’ve never felt any pain at all with the speculum before but this time OH MY GOD it hurt so bad I screamed out in pain so now I’m really afraid I have vaginismus :(
