Unfortunately the grass isn’t greener over here. I grew up in a home cooked meal, dinner at the table every night household and now I’m still struggling to re learn how to do that.

for a lot of people its more nuanced because it’s partially psychological, and engrained in childhood. thats what this OP is expressing, not laziness.

I never said anything about laziness lol my point is you're the one buying your own food and making your own choices about what to eat. If you want to change your habits, then you have to change them lol

I do buy healthy options now that I live on my own. My point is I don’t crave healthy food. I swear yall will find ANYTHING to nitpick on here

You don't have to eat salads with no dressing and boiled chicken with plain rice every day to not eat takeout lol you can't get food that tastes good but isn't loaded with oil and butter how fast food is. Food you cook is generally speaking healthier than takeout, you don't have to crave particularly healthy foods to be eating healthier

Dude I already do that. You’re giving me advice on things I already do. All I was saying is regardless if there are hacks and things I can cook at home it still doesn’t taste as good and it made the transition harder. I’m done doing this back and forth bullshit with randoms
