The topic is how can you both want them to be tortured and not be in favor of the death penalty? I think those people should be executed if the crime was severe enough. Seems like someone who wants them to be tortured would also kinda be ok with them being removed from our society permanently. Since you have no moral high horse to stand on anymore.
