Sure. If the employments levels and layoffs were around the levels we saw around 2022, then yeah maybe. But the fact that layoffs continue to hit even tech sectors along with high unemployment with recent grads suddenly, the complaints are valid

What older people don’t understand is that the “entry level job” is disappearing. I applied to a gas station that wanted 3+ years experience and two interviews. To scan Doritos and cigarettes? The fuck is happening to the job market
