Anyone else feel like the current fitness culture is insanely toxic? I eat pretty healthy and work out, but it still feels like it’s never “enough.” So tired of the constant judgment from friends/family
There is always going to be a person who visually looks like they are doing better than you and that person has someone that they think is above them too.
