was so frustrated at how i couldn't lose weight even though i was sticking to three strict meals a day and working out... come to realize i was lwk forcing myself to eat all three full meals even if i wasn't hungry

ive been trying to pay attention to my body's hunger queues and only eating when im actually hungry and not just eating because i think i should be eating, long story short ive noticed my collarbones showing more and my face being less puffy, i dont have a scale to measure myself but my pants are a little looser now too so yay for paying attention to what my body is trying to tell me jsjsjs
