Maybe for another week. Maybe until your last breath. But what is this brief life at all in the face of heaven? Often times it’s the pain and anxiety that makes us grow, that enlightens us, that strengthens us, not the fleeting pleasures. Does God not have right to be frustrated with you? How have you used the opportunities given to you? Have you helped others? Your frustration is okay, you’re only human. But humans can do more than we think possible in any given moment

and I think theists should be able to vent about the frustrations with God and religion without atheist trying to get them to apostate, it’s distasteful

I agree it’s frustrating. When someone is venting about how they’re feeling heartbroken it’s not the time to try and sway them to your POV. Its one thing to mention your beliefs and experiences it’s another to try dismiss their beliefs
