I’m not good at sticking up for myself so I get taken advantage of easily, So I guess it’s my fault for everything usually. I don’t stand up for myself. even when I know I’m 100% right I’m always wrong somehow.

You can just call people out for their bs and cut them off without stooping to their level. Was talking to a friend about this literally a couple hours ago in the same boat as you so | get it. Immoral people will try to take advantage of your kindness as weakness, you can be firm and resolute while still being kind, not nice, but kind. Be kind to yourself by enforcing boundaries without exception
