I don’t appreciate it necessarily bc it’s rare, but just bc it’s important to actively communicate to people that you appreciate them so they KNOW you do, and FEEL like you do. I never want that to be left up to assumption, no matter how small it seems

Yes exactly what I mean!! Like for example like if a guy opens the car door for me I always say thank you! because I do appreciate it and want to be polite
