Bare minimum rises when you’re living together, in case anyone was wondering

lmaoooo i can see that. but living with someone also comes with time. bare minimum shouldn’t always just be those little things i mentioned.

It would shock you how many people 1) don’t realize that and 2) don’t even meet the bare minimum for a new relationship (flowers etc) Six years and half of which living together later - bare minimum is remembering to do the dishes and laundry when it’s your turn. And cleaning the bathroom.

yeah man and that’s how it should be. doing those home chores is a MUST . a girl shouldn’t be the one doing all the work at home. but yeah most people don’t know bare minimum. but to be fair, every girl is different. some love flowers and being treated like a queen, others are more independent and don’t need flowers or someone to open their door.

I just wanted attention and effort, I didn’t ask for materialistic things besides flowers and love letters yk

And to add to this, every guy is as well. Some don’t express their affection through flowers and small things like that. End of the day: key to a healthy and lasting relationship is communication. Not just speaking words, but listening to the other person. Compromising where you can, having healthy boundaries where you need them, and working together on everything.

Totally get that, idk you or your relationship. If he can afford those things then he should make an effort for you. But that’s his financials and your guys’s relationship
