That’s not how that works at all. AIDS can only gotten by someone who is HIV positive and the infection has severely affected their immune system. If they don’t have HIV it is impossible to have AIDS.

No. AIDS can only be caused by HIV. Once you no longer have HIV, you have AIDS….

I literally said HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) causes AIDS. (Advanced immunodeficiency syndrome). When you have AIDS you still have HIV because the virus doesn’t go away. You can become undetectable for HIV but you are not cured. While undetectable you do not have AIDS.
