Please get help from a therapist or friend/both. You’re worth so much and I’m so sorry 🩷. Watching or listening to stuff where people were in a similar situation and got better can be helpful. Also get yourself your favorite foods

Try the podcasts or YouTube videos about people who got out of a similar situation like you have. If you have insurance try getting a therapist
