does your campus offer counseling services? ik my school has a program for psych grad students to talk to students who need help for free, maybe message your psych department n see if they offer something like that. not the best help but anything is better than 0

I graduated. Everything costs absurdly amount of money now and there's hardly any resources besides AI bs.

oh shit i’m sorry, do you live near a college? i’m not completely sure but they might allow non students to participate? it’s not sure fire but it’s definitely worth a shot
