It's not getting any easier, I'm 25, live a decently active lifestyle, slightly overweight. I've got a bad knee that gives out sometimes, chest pains, my eyes are getting worse, and my feet get hurt constantly, two broken toes that still give me trouble. Take care of yourself, eat as good as possible and exercise every day. It's literally the only thing that even helps.
I think it's just we're not in as good physical shape as people were 40ish years ago so our generation is having earlier problems. Plus our generation has way less financial freedom than the last one. So we're going to the doctor less and eating cheaper and just generally living less healthy lifestyles. Plus there's less hard labor jobs so we're not required to be as physically fit as back then either.
