Pick something you like, whether that be a subject, a genre or anything at all. Find books related to it, and find ones at a reading level you’re comfortable with. The more related to something you like the easier it will be. Once you start reading you’ll begin to pick up a lot subconsciously, more than you might realize. I can’t give advice on anything else there (especially organization lmao) but reading is a great step towards trying to better your mind.
just bc u dont feel like there r any positive aspects to u doesnt mean its the objective truth jsyk. other ppl may view u differently than u do & someone u may view as great in all these ways may very well view themselves the same way u view urself & feel horrible. what im trying to say is basing ur worth off of what u can do for the world or ppl around u isnt healthy but it doesnt mean u dont have any positive aspects in those areas either & u should just blindly trust what ur mind tells u
