It could be hormonal they could give u meds to decrease it

Just bc people have natural hormones doesn’t mean you need to medicate

Like if it’s effecting with quality of life abnormally some ppl do medicate. I’m just letting them know it might be an option but also that’s for a medical doctor to determine
