using it doesn’t automatically degrade your brain it’s when you are reliant on it that can lower your capacity for critical thinking

U posting on yy and social media is causing just about the same if not more damage via pollution than ai does. You’re not wrong to refuse it, you don’t have to do anything u don’t want to, but logically, your opinion doesn’t make sense

When ppl say “ai causes pollution” they r usually referring to water usage. Using social media usually wastes about twice or three times the amount as prompt generations on ai
