The housing market (ESPECIALLY FOR RENTING) is so fucking crazy and out of hand. A house for rent shouldn’t cost 3k a month in a place where there’s nothing to do.

Lowkey they shouldn’t be able to charge over a certain percentage of the property value or something. Rent cap maybe? Idk but something needs to happen bc wages /= rent. I’d like to live without roommates at some point in my life plz

It’s cause a lot of people from New York and new Jersey move down here like a year or two ago cause it was cheaper here so it made the marketing for housing of any kinda higher

It's gonna be high in any place that has government-based buildings. The more important or well kept a place is, the more it's gonna cost. I fucking hate it, wish we could go back to pre-covid😔
