The housing market (ESPECIALLY FOR RENTING) is so fucking crazy and out of hand. A house for rent shouldn’t cost 3k a month in a place where there’s nothing to do.
Lowkey they shouldn’t be able to charge over a certain percentage of the property value or something. Rent cap maybe? Idk but something needs to happen bc wages /= rent. I’d like to live without roommates at some point in my life plz

Everything went up during Covid, companies realized ppl would pay that price, and it never came down
