You both ended up doing the right thing. This is hard, crushing even, but you’re still alive. In your 30’s no less! You’ll live, and you’ll both find a way to be happy again. Accept responsibility for the wrong, but also take a tiny bit of pride that things ended in honesty.

went through a very similar thing with my ex it sucked and it still sucks to think about but it’s in the past all you can do it move on no point dwelling on it things will get better that relationship just wasn’t a good fit…. makes me think of that pina colada song though
