I’ve been nic free for a year now too. Craving still come but they’re not nearly as bad as they used to be. I maybe get one craving every four to six weeks now and it passes within a day.

When I quit, it was really hard, but I just had to distract myself in every way possible. I went swimming or floating in the pool everyday for hours. I would treat myself to whatever I wanted when I made it through a week. I would find events going on in town and go to whatever I could to just get my mind on it. when I would talk to others, I would try to bring it up in convo bc it held me accountable & most people would say words that were nice and encouraging. I quit the first time I tried
