Sometimes. If the log stretches your hole when you sit down and it doesn’t come out very easy, it can give you a feeling of euphoria from your anus stretching but then goes away once it slides out. I’ve never done it but I’d assume it’s what a dildo or a penis feels like when stretching you open.
