It dosent help im a girl. I know a lot of guys get embarrassed about being seen as “weak” or something. I don’t want to make anything worse

Asking if they are okay is always worth it in my opinion. If you aren’t super comfortable, going straight up. Start with the small take maybe, you have a good instinct to lead with kindness just follow it. And do what feels right to you. And if they refuse that’s okay.
