as opposed to like, just being a boring and selfish date or hookup. because this way the person they’re receiving that attention from is still actually benefiting in some way! this is a pretty well-established tenet of the feminist argument in defense of sex work

i support sex workers/adult industries, as long as they’re safe wherever they choose to do it i see no reason to want them to stop
