I like to meal prep so I know exactly what I’m eating tomorrow. And I plan my grocery trips around the meals I want to eat for the week

I keep a notes app of recipes I like so I can just use those when I can’t think of anything
I really should try this. It just seems like so much work, but I’m tired of having to come up with something new on the spot to cook every day.
I don’t type out the recipes myself, I just save a link to the online recipe :) I hope this helps
