Don’t focus on the now, focus on long term changes. It’s less about the weight and the number on the scale, and more about what progress you see and feel outside of that. How you feel better as you keep going, how you’re able to do more things and struggle less. Numbers don’t matter. Scales don’t matter. They’re just a tool to help track progress. But the goal is the BE a happier, healthier person. To FEEL better, to DO more. And those are changes you’ll feel before you even realize it
