F21 so take this with a grain of salt but I hear that the tip can be a lot more sensitive and wet because it’s covered by the hood so much as well as the fact that the hood has a ton of the nerve endings that cut guys had removed… also that washing it is harder because the smegma builds up easier 😭🙏
