I’m 6’3” and fairly in shape but I have like zero cardio where do I start because I can run for like 2 minutes max and I’m dead at that point but I am kinda dense bc I’ve only worked out to fill out my skin from when I was fat
there are some couch to 5k apps that are good for beginners! they were really helpful when i first started

take runs outside

If you can’t run, walk - preferably up an incline/stairs

Also I can’t have a treadmill in my place bc it would be just a sledge hammer banging on the downstairs neighbor also I’m just too nervous to use a gym for the treadmill bc ima be taking so many breaks
