My boyfriend has horrible hygiene. So my brother and my father forcibly bathed him. They got arrested for assault and battery.

I can’t see this being legit. Lmfao. 😂 No guy is gonna ‘forcefully’ another man that isn’t a family member or a job. Especially some random boyfriend. File this under ‘things that didn’t happen’.

But like why did they forcibly bathe him, why didn’t you just idk leave him.

I felt that maybe the relationship could be salvaged. I asked my brother and dad to talk to him man to man believing this might help.

Don’t fucking blame me for their actions. They could have told him to bathe. Told him to stay away from me. Anything other than this.

You could’ve broken up with him instead of asking them to have a conversation with him lol. Them telling him to stay from you while you are still in a relationship doesn’t make sense, it’s only if broken up would it sense. Yeah no it’s your fault. It’s the 21st century, if someone is choosing to be funky leave em.

Honestly, it probably started off as a joke. More than likely they didn’t like hold him down and literally FORCE him. We don’t know everything so we can’t just put the blame on OP. There’s a chance he just was sissy about being confronted, got butt hurt and made it something way bigger than it really was

No that’s not how that works, if at any point they pushed him to the bathroom and he could not by his own merit exit then that’s forced imprisonment because he could not voluntarily leave. Then if he was physically moved to the shower then yes it’s assault, so if he was unwillingly wet by the shower they turned on too then yes it’s assault and battery. But here’s the thing they wouldn’t have needed to confront him if OP just broke up with his funky ass.

We don’t know everything that happened dude 😭 these are literal strangers we’re talking about. We don’t know if he was actually forced into a bathroom or just hosed down with a hose outside. You gotta chill out! Ofc if he was actually forced into the bathroom and into a bathtub then yeah, it’s fucked, but you’re assuming a lot of things without OP giving full context

I mean to be arrested for assault and battery with 2 peoples stories vs 1 persons story the officer has to have great reasoning and probable cause from that 1 person. Also you ignoring the fact that OP sent her father and brother to talk to him instead breaking up with his funky self. Which would’ve avoided that situation anyways.

We don’t know anything about OPs relationship, cops will arrest without barely any proof. There are so many factors that we don’t know and you’re assuming a whole bunch of shit. For all we know, she sent them because maybe he gets aggressive. Maybe he doesn’t. That’s my whole point. You don’t know everything and are acting like you do

My ex had a hygiene issue and when I brought it up to him he’d punch holes in the wall lmaooo

Except OP literally wanted to salvage the relationship we know because of their first response to me, in addition they asked brother and father to talk to him instead of breaking it off so clearly OP likes funk master flex. You aren’t going to like my response about your situation but like I said 21st century and being with someone with hygiene and anger issues. Glad they are an ex to you but “holes in wall” as in multiple it happened more than once and you entertained it.

Yeah im not gonna “entertain” this conversation anymore like you assume I did with my ex. I was in a dangerous situation and you’re assuming things yet again. I hope you overcome your ignorant mind and have the day you deserve 🫶🏼

Okay bye you didn’t have to comment to begin with but did, much like they didn’t have to stay in a relationship with him. And send their father and brother over to talk to him but did. Let’s take some accountability.

But they could’ve because why did they try to salvage the relationship to begin with like they stated knowing he was unhygienic, the bar be in hell with people and their decisions.
