Lowkey 1 and 2 are geeking. If you aren’t in a relationship with either one of them you are allowed to date and get to know both women. Expecting exclusivity without a relationship is kinda crazy

As long as OP didn’t imply exclusivity in any way as a means to maintain dating either of them it’s fine. And assuming neither women have expressed they expect exclusivity. If that talk hasn’t happened yet it’s not entirely fair for either party to expect it
