Can’t forget the down payment and you got to pay your construction workers Not to mention furniture and supplies. Hell blinds cost almost 6 grand just for 10 windows not to mention if you take a loan out from the bank you got to pay that loan back or the bank is going to take your home. We simply cannot afford a home in this shitty ass economy
