once it hits day 5-6 of my period i just stop wearing pads, say fuck it, and slap on a pair of black panties. if i bleed i bleed. like this i’m not visibly staining anything, and it’ll just get washed all the same

Get some period panties they’re really comfortable & it gives you piece of mind in case you have extra leakage.

how do these actually Work tbh like are they meant to be disposable or reusable (but you obviously wash them between uses)? because if it’s the former then i might as well wear pads and if it’s the latter then it seems fine sticking to my current method 😭 i guess what’s the benefit besides additional comfort 🤔

For me I have very heavy periods so the benefit is the added protection. You wash and reuse them like normal underwear.
