Part of being sheltered sexually due to religion is that it will usually lead to them exploring sex in more unnatural ways (porn) which is usually not just vanilla sex, and very often at the baseline has some level of BDSM. This causes kinky sex to just be the sexual baseline for a lot of men. I find that men in general are kinkier than women, and I think this is why.
