I hate being a fat ugly overweight woman. I feel useless and invisible and it’s the prime of my life while I am this way. I hate it so much.

Best way to look at anything is there is nothing wrong with being who you are. It’s only wrong if you know it’s know what is right and doing nothing about it. Work on yourself. Even if you don’t go to the gym the best way to lose weight is genuinely eating less. People don’t understand how much they truly eat until they start paying attention. Use apps to track your calories until you have a better understanding of how your diet should be.

Yes I am currently trying to increase my protein intake and reduce my caloric intake as well as processed / fast food. I’ve just failed at weight loss so many times and it’s getting frustrating atp

I think it’s a mental health thing I am bipolar and struggle with emotional regulation but I recently stopped eating fried fast food now I’m gonna stop eating unhealthy processed food and work on more fiber and protien

Yes you’re right I fell off with tracking my food but now I’m back on it, I’m trying to eat in a slight deficit and maintain my muscles while losing fat

Yes I’m currently seeing a therapist and taking medication I just have bad days but I’m trying to be consistent with sleep and healthier eating too

i know it’s frustrating but good for you! every meal is a new opportunity to make good decisions. it’s never too late and setbacks are not the end of the world. these are tips that have helped a lot of people w weight loss. calories are important to focus on but they are not the only factor when it comes to losing weight and gaining muscle :)

That’s so beautiful. Also be careful because some meds can make you gain even more weight.
