You are about 80% as bad as she is for not telling him

It is necessary who wants to be sloppy seconds/thirds/fourths/however many with their own GF?

But it’s really not any of the roommates business.

Clearly it is if it’s happening under their shared roof

I don’t think it’s that simple. It’s a moral dilemma… it’s not easy to tell people this kind of information.

You wouldn’t want the info kept from you. Especially if he gets a fucking disease from those other guys.

I agree that I would not want that info kept from me And I agree that if I was the OP, I would be really nervous about getting involved People think it’s so easy to “do the right thing” until you’re in the position where you need to make a decision. I know myself and I know that situations like this aren’t as easy as you’re making it seem to be

If he gets a life altering illness it is then partially on her

I’m not sure if that’s fair to blame on the OP. It’s the roommate who’s cheating, not the OP. Unless the OP is also sleeping with the roommate and is where the STI comes from, it’s not their choice. Can they stop it? Yes. But is it their fault? No, they’re not involved in this

If it’s happening under her roof and he gets it he could have a serious case in suing her for not telling him

I don’t think that’s true at all. Please show me proof because I’m genuinely curious OP has no legal obligation here to say something, so I’m confused as to where the legal trouble is

Her gf is committing a crime by not telling him if she has the disease in a partner notification state. She’s aiding and abetting that crime by not telling him

Except she’s not committing a crime because she doesn’t know if she has an STI or not?
