Why? Me and trumphia1 go waaay back. I’m irl best friends with a bassist if that helps! Better harmonics with the high end of the guitar and the low end of the bass. Not to mention I also play electric, and electric and bass are basically musical best friends.

but yes the bass is a CRIMINALLY underrated instrument and people usually diss it as being less fun than the guitar as if rhythm isnt absolutely necessary….which is where my disdain for guitarists comes from
