Ok I need my girls to pull up for me. Without fat shaming please how can I lose a good bit of weight fast. Yes I exercise regularly and control what I eat but the weight isn’t coming off so any tips would be greatly appreciated

following bc i’d also like to know. i dont eat the best, but im such a picky eater its so hard for me to not eat the same 5 things im comfortable with

Green tea boosts metabolism! ik you say you’re controlling what you eat and to do it w/o risk of disordered eating, usually it’s cool if you’re about 500-700 calories under your daily caloric intake to maintain your current weight! Sometimes cardio/working out before breakfast helps in burning fat. AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER

chicken nuggets and buffalo sauce, mac and cheese, alfredo pasta, caesar salads, and sushi (which is just expensive to eat more often). i obv will occasionally eat other things, but like at least 75% of my diet is that

Try to eat more volume rich, but low calorie foods, if you’re a volume eater. High fiber foods are good in general. Working out but you need to drink a lot offff water.
