I started taking daily Zyrtec for my seasonal allergies and noticed my pmdd got significantly better if not gone most months. Apparently antihistamines help drastically. So maybe try antihistamines the week leading up to your period so you don’t feel that way

Talk to a doctor about going on birth control. I used to get suicidal every period and now I take birth control to manage the symptoms of the hormonal fluctuations
