Okay let’s have a running analogy for this- so hopefully we both can agree than women having a fear of men is reasonable right? Bc men historically have hurt women- does this mean “hate all men” ofc not we have critical thinking, now try applying this to race - especially if she lives in the south- people of color aren’t always going to be super accepting of any white person coming up to them it isn’t bc they necessarily hate white people but are wary and honestly even it her being white did

I’m trying to understand you; but the issue im having here is “any white person” you just admitted race DOES play a role. Just because she’s white in the South doesn’t necessarily make it right to be stand offish and cold; everyone is different and the sins of others don’t and shouldn’t carry over to others. I don’t punish all women for my ex cheating on me, that wouldn’t be fair. You’re looking thru rose colored glasses because it affirms your bias and prejudices of white people.

It’s understandable to a point. When you start doing it because it makes you feel better about yourself, that’s the point where you need to take some introspection personally, I am very understanding, being neurodivergent. I have to be the one to hold myself accountable all the time. But I recognize not everyone is like that.

lol I don’t get it because I haven’t lived it, but I do understand. I protect the women in my life; to say I don’t understand the fear is ludicrous bc I see it.. You’re biased and want to be right.
