I corrected this girl for being disrespectful towards my friend for literally no reason and people got mad at me cause “she’s had a hard life” I don’t care what kind of life you’ve had you don’t get to be mean for literally no reason cause ur upset

In basic I heard a couple of the guys call a friend of mine a slut so I told her and she got mad at me for it and said she never wanted to talk to me again. I always wondered what I did wrong there.

Where is the contradiction? I wasn’t mean I was correcting her. The context is my friend was throwing an exclusive event in the city and our mutual friend begged for this random girl to come. The whole time this girl was complaining to my friend which is the host who mind you was paying a lot of money for her to be there that “I have fomo my friends back in town are at the bar I don’t wanna be here”

I told her “that is something you keep to yourself you didn’t have to come if you didn’t want to and it’s disrespectful to say that to the host that didn’t have you on the original invite list and the first place and decide to be nice and invite you. Let’s have some common decency”
