I refused to get a job, and yet always asked her to buy me food. I was too eager for sex, even when she clearly wasn’t in the mood. My hygiene was abhorrent and deserved a break up just for how bad it was. When she broke it off (rightfully) I was given the “I can’t give 100%” excuse. I found out her real reasons thru the grapevine, and went on a twitter tirade against her because I “felt lied to.” (not my proudest moment) I made a big mistake, and I would never treat my now partner that way.

This was 6 years ago it’s great that you’ve acknowledged how you treated her & are a better person but you gotta forgive yourself too

You’re absolutely correct. Problem is, is that it’s easier said than done. I’m a big ole shame sandwich some days haha.
