1. There haven’t been a female president because America isn’t ready for it. We are so comfortable being under a patriarchal system that we don’t know anything else. 2. They call off from work because probably because of period pains and if you are a woman who experiences it you would know it’s the worst.
look at the state of our presidency now. our diplomatic relations with strongly allied countries are falling apart. your grand ego emotionally affects you too, sir. america is not the only country in the world. there have been many successful female leaders. studies show they typically focus on conflict resolution and compromise rather than impulsive tactics and decisions.
men that don’t call off work when sick may jeopardize the quality of their own work and health. men and women both deserve maternity and paternity leave. you’re bringing up labour jobs when giving examples of what women and men cannot do. it’s true, men and women have differences and it’s important to accept that. however, labour jobs are not well paying. women do work on cars. women are architects and contractors.
when given the same job- based on their work ethic and action, they should be paid what they deserve. men take longer leaves of absences for sickness when they do take leave. women that work and also have families must prioritize both, instead of equally splitting care for their family with their partner. when given equal opportunity, men and women work equally hard.
Some countries that are ran by women you don’t hear anything about them because they aren’t in the news either because no one pays attention to them or they aren’t doing anything drastic to put themselves there. People like to use “oh if Kamala was president we would have a war every month” (signaling her period) and it kills me because Kamala is well above the age where she no longer has a period so what other reason would she not be a good president
