no there’s a difference. you’re saying “date for money” implying that that was a big part of the motivation to date the person. I’m saying that they dated someone and that person happened to have money. and they didn’t realize the way that money can complicate a relationship

Definitely didnt date for money. I dated him because I loved him with all of my heart. He wasnt even good for the money. I genuinely wanted connection and he lacked a lot of emotional maturity. Also lacked a lot of life experiences. I paid for all of my own things and even for some of our dates 🤦 He was a bafoon.
