well the studying methods I used were, 2 weeks before the test I started lightly studying; made AI make me tests & flashcards. I love podcasts too so I made AI make me a podcast on the topics i didn’t understand & would listen to it a lot. I also sat w the teacher after class & went over my notes & she broke some things down for me. Also the biggest one studying with a friend. We asked each other questions, challenged each other, went back & forth & that helped me a lot! Don’t cram information

Bio is so content heavy so you just have to give yourself time to process everything. taking notes with a pen & paper helps me memorize things better. Also use active recall! Don’t just memorize, it helps if you understand the why & how behind how things work.
