I used to be a similar way really, and what caused me to grow out of it was depression, so… don’t do that

I think though just being mindful. This is how I grew out of my pessimism and oversharing despite still being depressed was just trying to be more aware of what I’m saying at all times. Take not of when you say certain stuff and over time it’ll fade
