
Do things that build your self esteem, like accomplish small goals first then work up to bigger and bigger ones. Have faith in yourself no matter what. A good example is like hiking a mountain or like drawing. As long as it’s something that is building yourself up, nobody can take that from you.
Self love self acceptance. No ones perfect and no one expects that of you. Wherever your at in life is where your at and your best is good enough. Stop comparing yourself to other people they are not you you are in different places. You are the only person that you have no choice but to spend the rest of your life with so be nice to that person, get to know them better, and give your inner child time and attention to heal from the crap you refuse to deal with. Don't run from your emotions
Sit with them and allow yourself to feel, process, break down, calm down, heal. It's not easy but you are worth it. You are worth taking the time to learn how to heal and become someone you love inside and out. AND GO TO THERAPY! Therapists are like a good pare of jeans try different ones on till you find the one that works for you and stick with it as long as you can♥️
Facts also instead of making self deprecating jokes or comments like "omg I'm so dumb" "I look like crap rn" or "omg I'm gunna kill myself" replace it with "omg aren't I the smartest person in the world" "damn I'm one sexy mf" and "wow isn't life just amazing" and you will train your subconscious to view the world and yourself differently! It totally works I have done it for years and it works!
