Someone from Graphic Design or Visual Arts should use the real City of Mpls Citation as a template and humorously change it to ‘Pedestrian Speeding Ticket’. Maybe put the rules of the ‘road’ on it and they can be given to offenders. Remember: Campus is very big and there is a ton going on…freshmen are from every small town in MN, even towns that barely have sidewalks.

don’t walk in the way of you can help it and it won’t be a problem. you know you are a slow walker, stay to the side and don’t be like the idiots that walk right down the middle of a hallway/path so no one can go around you and you’ll be fine

Some of the most reckless drivers I’ve seen are slow drivers. Hesitation in traffic is just as likely to cause an accident as speeding.
