people who use religion as a means to control or oppress** shouldn’t be trusted. arguably it’s not a matter of how devout someone is but how they obscure faith as a power dynamic.

People that believe religion is factual, and not a way of being should not be trusted. Had to tell someone that science shows that the earth is older than Mister Christ.
