It's not pointless, the USA just set up a nation where it feels that way bc it stripped us of our ability to connect with any of the points of human existence. Connecting with nature, exploring the earth, experiencing various cultures and customs, seeking out knowledge and following curiosity to make breakthroughs, experiencing the spectrum of human emotion, engaging with the beauty of this world, finding yourself, etc
